Statement by CYU YU SHENG Co., Ltd. Regarding the Temporary Closure of Its Tainan Hotel

Regarding the temporary closure of the Tainan hotel operated by CYU YU SHENG Co., Ltd., which has attracted public attention, we hereby issue the following statement to avoid any misunderstanding:

  1. CYU YU SHENG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CYU YU SHENG") signed the Business and Asset Transfer Agreement with Lai Hu Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lai Hu") and Zhan Wang Enterprise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhan Wang") on November 28, 2024, completing the business and asset transfer of the Tainan hotel. However, after receiving the full transaction payment, Lai Hu and Zhan Wang did not complete the transfer of the hotel business registration certificate and related licenses as agreed.

  2. To comply with the regulatory requirements for lodging operators, CYU YU SHENG (Tainan Hotel), with assistance from the Tainan City Government, has temporarily suspended operations for operational adjustments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our guests.

  3. CYU YU SHENG (Tainan Hotel) is also working with the Tainan City Government and actively coordinating with Lai Hu and Zhan Wang. For reservations that have been paid for but not yet used, CYU YU SHENG has provided the list to Zhan Wang. Since all payments were remitted to Zhan Wang, Zhan Wang is responsible for contacting customers and processing refunds to protect guests' rights and interests.

  4. Zhan Wang will assist with refunds and related matters for guests who made reservations before November 26, 2025. For refund-related questions, please contact Zhan Wang directly at 04-22269666.

  5. During the operational adjustment period, Tainan Hotel is temporarily closed. Guests are advised not to trust any booking websites or make reservations through unauthorized parties to avoid fraud.

  6. CYU YU SHENG (Tainan Hotel) thanks the public for its understanding and sincerely hopes to serve all guests again soon with a renewed appearance.
